Why choose SadiRadius   Design features   Installation   Bibliography   | Design features |     SADIRADIUS radiant panels can be integrated in all kinds of Sadi false ceilings.The chilled ceiling consists off lat, one-piece, rigid, modular fully factory assembled panels, made up of the following elements: Metal panel, made from 0.8mm-thick galvanized sheet steel. There is an optional version in 1 mm-thick aluminium alloy. This latter version features better heat transmission to the detriment of rigidity. The paint coat has a vinyl or stoved polymerized polyester base, RAL 9010. The panel surface can be plain or perforated for acoustic purposes Mineral wool pad, 25 or 30 mm thick, density 40 kg/m2, protected with a sheet of black polyenthylene, applied on the upper part of the panel to direct the radiant effect downwards towards the space and prevent heat from being lost inside the false ceiling. Heat exchange coil, made from 1 mm-thick copper tubes with a 12 mm diameter. Conductive extruded aluminium “C” profile system glued onto the panel, whose job is to assure maximum heat conduction Panel dimensions vary depending on room geometry and the configuration of the false ceiling. Minimum width is 300 mm with a length varying from 300 to 2,500 mm. Minimum height is 40mm. Square panels are also available measuring 600 x 600 mm.
